It wasn’t a easy journey to get to where I’m at now without a accumulation of good and bad sequences that I had to go through and grow from. My story starts back in High school when I received my very 1st car from my father back in Junior year of 2007. It was a 2000 Honda accord. My father didn’t make alot of money back then and he sacrficed alot to save up and buy that car. Once I received the car, naturally we want to learn how to keep it safe and looking nice. I found out about auto detailing and car enthusiats forums that I can learn more from experienced members. That kick started my auto detailing story/journey. I was broke back then so I only bought stuff from my local auto parts store to begin testing products on my own car. My auto detailing supplies/collection grew slowly over the course of many years. Tossed away alot of over hyped trash products. Kept the good products and learned how to streamline my product inventory. Once I got comfortable detailing my own car, then I started detailing my freinds and families cars to gain more hands on experience and knowledge.
I didn’t come from a family background with money so I could not start my auto detailing business right away. At the age of 20-27, I worked full time at a auto body shop in San Francisco to hone and polish my skill sets, but most importantly, it helped me earn income to build towards my dream of someday starting my own business.
After working for my previous boss for 7 years, I learned alot from the mistakes I made, and I am grateful for going through the ups and downs to help shape me into the person I am today.
Even to this day, I am still just as passionate and fired up about working on cars, compared to my earlier years where I would do anything just to have a nice car book a small job. It is natural to be desensitized once you do or see something alot, but I will never take anything for granted because now I have earned the trust and respect of San Francisco Bay Area car owners and residents.
Detailedbyprecision will always be created and owned by a true car enthusiast that had a BIG dream,and took the risk of failure and laughter to strive for something that should not have been possible,but made the impossible to be possible.
In 2010, I made a promise to myself that at this very moment I might be only making minimum wage working for somebody else. But I will never quit and give up until I make my own dream come true. 8 years later in 2018, I went full time with my own business. I proved myself so someday I am that person to inspire others to chase after their dreams.
