Lim is the real deal, and I'd go back to him in a heartbeat! I had a little too much fun in Napa, and let's just say... it wasn't pretty. I took my sister's boyfriend's car (yup, I know) to Lim the next day and he was quick, professional, and incredibly communicative. He explained exactly what he was going to clean and how he was going to clean it, and I was shocked when it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. You can tell that he pours his heart and soul into what he does -- it's clear from his stellar customer service to the detailing services he provides. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had doing car repair. Car ownership, especially in SF, is stressful. Lim was incredibly friendly, informative, and generous as he fixed a few paint scrapes on my car. He walked me through the process of buying touch up paint from Honda, and then did the cosmetic repair for me the next day without accepting any money for it. The scrapes are no longer visible unless you get within 6 inches of the bumper, and even then it's hard to see. If you have car damage, I can't imagine a better person to trust with its repair than Lim. Thanks man!!

DetailedByPrecision is fantastic. I had my Audi SQ5 treated with paint correction, PPF and ceramic coating. Lim is very friendly and transparent about his detailing products, cost and process. I very much appreciated his daily updates on the progress. The finish was remarkable with so much attention to detail. Highly recommended if you're looking for auto detailing in San Francisco.

I brought my accord in for some detailing work recently. Lim did an excellent job in explaining the steps in his process and even suggested that I apply a special layer of coating (free of charge). The interior and exterior looked brand new when I arrived for pick-up. Such a smooth transition, would highly recommend to anyone that is interested in supporting local businesses.
